Come visit us in the historic village of Inarajan
in southern Guam.
Just follow the coastline road until you see thatched
huts along the bayside. We are open every day of the year, 9 am to 3pm.
We offer exhibits and demonstrations in folkways of the Chamorro people
in the period of 1900 to 1940. Some of our elders can tell you stories
of their childhood on these same streets and shores. They are teaching
younger people to cherish and pass on our traditions. We will take you
on a tour of the Leon Guerrero House, built in 1901, which housed the
village commissioner (mayor) and his 16 children.
